The GTS is only available with a large battery and AWD, and it produces up to 509 horsepower (590 horsepower/626 pound-feet with Overboost and launch control), allowing it to reach 60 mph in 3.5 seconds. It has the same top speed as the 4S: 155 mph. The rear motor provides power to the wheels through the same drivetrain system as all Porsche Taycans, a two-speed automatic transmission, however the front motor on AWD vehicles has a fixed ratio.

The equivalent numbers for the 4S with standard or big batteries are 82/82/82 MPGe and 206 miles, or 79/81/80 MPGe and 235 miles. Surprisingly, the high-performance GTS is somewhat the most efficient of the bunch, with 83/82/83 MPGe and 246 miles.
